Most orders are "made to order". Please allow time for us to create your special piece of jewelry.
Each item ships in a small gift box. If your order is a gift, we are glad to add a small gift card for you. Please "add a note" in your cart when checking out.

Domestic orders typically ship within 1 week of order placement unless there is a notification of delay on our front page. Orders ship USPS First-Class Mail for $4.00 which includes tracking.

International orders typically ship within 1 week of order placement unless there is a notification of delay on our front page. Orders ship USPS Priority Mail International which includes tracking.

Return Policy

KSDluxe accepts returns on purchases within 14 days of your order ship date. Please email Karen at KSDluxe@comcast.net to discuss return shipping.

We refund the full price of the item when it is returned to us, in perfect condition. You will be responsible for safely packing the item and paying for return shipping.

We are a very small handmade jewelry company. We design and handcraft almost every component in each piece of jewelry. We also handle every other aspect of running a company including, but not limited to; purchasing, advertising, shipping, accounting, customer service, etc. We love our jobs!

That being said...please allow us the time that it takes to make and ship your jewelry. We will always try to keep you informed about schedule and any delays that might happen. We are very trustworthy and hardworking and do everything we can to ship a beautiful product that you will love, in a timely manor and with every attention to detail.

Jewelry Care
Sterling silver is a beautiful precious metal used to make stunning jewelry.
As you may know, sterling silver can tarnish over time. The best way to prevent or delay this is to protect it from the air. Store it in the clear zip-lock bag that it ships to you in when you are not wearing it. Wipe the piece gently, with a soft cloth before storing it.

If your piece has already tarnished you can wipe it with a silver polishing cloth.
