Shipping Policy
Most orders are "made to order". Please allow time for us to create your special piece of jewelry. Each item ships in a small gift box. If your order is a gift, we are glad to add a note for you. Please "add a note" in your cart when checking out.
Domestic orders typically ship within 1 week of order placement unless there is a notification of delay on our front page. It will ship USPS First-Class Mail which includes tracking.

International orders typically ship within 1 week of order placement unless there is a notification of delay on our front page. It will ship USPS Priority Mail International which includes tracking.
Return Policy
KSDluxe accepts returns on purchases within 14 days of your order ship date. Please email Karen at KSDluxe@comcast.net to discuss return shipping. We refund the full price of the item when it is returned and received by us, in perfect condition. You will be responsible for safely packing the item and paying for return shipping.
